The pay is very low for the amount of tasks. During low demand, it's okay. We have few requests, leaving us with plenty of free time for cleaning or helping with other tasks that happen more in the summer. But on busy days, you really work yourself to the bone. I worked overtime almost every day and left very tired. I'd get very irritated when I finally had a quiet day and my manager would ask me to go help with other people's tasks AND ALSO do my own. We also had a problem with older employees who refused to cooperate, so the new ones ended up being overwhelmed.
