PRO: Snacks provided
PRO: Remote work option during bad weather
PRO: Short commute
PRO: Work/Life balance: Time off is generous when needed, just know that you may or may not be paid dependent on how management feels about you personally
Cons
CON: There are no standards to meet per project, evaluation of work is completely subjective and is based on the feeling d'jour of the owner
CON: Staff is micromanaged and have basically become order takers without creativity allowed
CON: Management does not consider employee input
CON: It is not a professional work environment
CON: Culture drastically changed with new ownership—it is no longer based on trust
CON: Previous creative, unique, and quality final product has been replaced by fast, easy, and cheap
CON: Experience does not match salary
CON: Absolutely NO opportunity to grow within the company
CON: Promises of bonuses and increases in pay have been unmet for years
CON: Yearly reviews are not utilized, and even when a review takes place, it is quote "not in conjunction with a raise"
