Pros
Working at OBS has changed my life. I went from being a consultant with little knowledge, experience and confidence to being able to lead extremely large projects, present demo's to hundreds of people and be a font of knowledge in multiple Microsoft technologies. OBS did this by hiring the best people (good, hardworking and extremely smart), giving me exciting technology and customers to work with and having management that understands me and what makes me tick.
Cons
The latest round of changes with Empired are going slower than expected and the communication has changed. But, they are trying very hard to fix this.
