The company culture is still start-up type and most of the people are sitting there from ages >13 years. Technology used is core Java and no use of new age Spring and Struts frameworks.

The organizational layout is bit unstructured, more managers and less people to work on product. One can see wave of hatred appearing on managers faces, the moment you make a single mistake.
