Great Company to work for - HR Assistant OASIS Smart SIM Employee Review

There used to be good reasons but the work conditions have degraded too much for them to still be valid

No advancement or raise Pay is regularly late or missing due to being transfered to the wrong account Work overload due to insuffisant hiring and poor ressource management No common culture: everyone works the way he wants, management is more concerned on short term delivery rather than company structure External services regularly stopped because bills aren't payed Management spends a lot of time saying processes should be set up and used but constantly overrides them because they are inconvenient instead of using and updtaing them.

famil owned... relaxed work environment... Absolutely no politics. exposures to subject matter experts in the SIM and UICC doamain

Business not very stable.. shaky benefits. not challenging enough sometimes.. very small team which can definetly get boring
