Pros

+ If you have time to enjoy it, the culture is pretty great. The company hosts a lot of events like agency field day, pool tournaments and pot lucks. + While I personally think this company is a hot mess, they have a knack for hiring amazing people. You will definitely find long lasting friendships here if nothing else.

Cons

If you like feeling stupid constantly, like your work isn't ever good enough, enjoy extremely tight deadlines, working late nights and weekends, being belittled by management and constant company gossip then this is definitely the place for you! - It's challenging to thrive here because instead of receiving encouragement or praise, the work is always considered not good enough. - Everyone who has ever worked here leaves with little to no confidence. - Type-A Micromanagers - There's a lot of back stabbing gossip. If you're not doing a good job, you'll likely find out about it from someone other than your manager. - You need to be perfect to work here, there's zero room for growth. - Salaries are not competitive with the industry given the workload and expectations from the owners.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. It’s disheartening to hear that you felt so unsupported during your three plus years at O3 World. While we acknowledge that we have areas we can improve in (like any company, we’re not perfect #alwaysgrowing), we consistently get high marks from our team when it comes to teamwork, support, and fair treatment. I’m genuinely sorry that this wasn’t your experience with us, and I hope you’ve found a company that offers the type of encouragement you were looking for. If you’d like to share any additional details about your experience, please reach out to me directly. I’ll happily set up a virtual coffee for us to chat. - Beth

Pros

Loved the team, the work and the PMs.

Cons

Minor quibble... Required to meet yearly goals but not enough on-the-clock time given to meet the goals.

Pros

This can be a good place to gain experience and exposure to a variety of projects. The team is generally friendly day to day, and you learn quickly by being thrown into the work. For someone early in their career or looking for short-term experience, there is value here.

Cons

The environment is very performance-driven and often lacks organization, structure, and clear expectations. Timelines can be unrealistic, with pressure to work beyond agreed contract hours to keep up. Extra effort is not always acknowledged, and recognition tends to go to the same few people.
