Pros
The teams, culture, and sales support to do the job are one of the best I've seen in the industry. Management is fair, respectful, and trustworthy.
Cons
Still many growing pains in growing and scaling the learning platform (SaaS) from and enterprise perspective. The platform works with just a few major LMS/LXP providers, and clients are requiring more standard integration. Average deal sizes vary, but seem to fall in the $35K range (enterprise), with six figure deals on average once or twice a year. It'll take a year minimum to fully build a robust and fruitful pipeline.
