You will learn about the intricate Nvolve platform, as well as a robust tech-stack for internal use. You have opportunities to grow within your team or move to a new area that suits your strengths more. Senior management will do everything they can to make sure you are progressing and developing your skill set

      Cons

      If you are not used to working in a technology company the lingo can get confusing, you will learn fast.

      Pros

      Nvolve is a great company to work for, the team are nothing but helpful and respectful to eachother. There is a very positive atmosphere in the company and you are given opportunities and freedom to voice ideas, work on different projects etc. while working towards the overall goal of the company.

      Cons

      I cannot see any negative aspects to the company.

      The people are fantastic and hard working. The team will always have your back. The company has invested heavily in technology and you are given every opportunity to take ownership of your role.
