1.Very weak management in sales , sales manage has a big mouth , bad language that may you get shocked how it is possible to use them at work , he does not have any knowledge about management , he fights and argues for non-sense , the fact that he is not the manager , he is a coordinator with manger title but he can not make decision about anything , vice president is the big manager , he is absolutely psycho , he got lots of attitudes , he is with lots of attitudes ... 2.The training is garbage , they expect you to learn everything fast and they skip a lot of information in training but they expect you to know everything if there is a mistake in the application or giving information to clients , then this is your mistake !! as they are perfect !!!! 3.you can see verbal and mental abuse which really harm your health , you have tolerate with lots of cheap behaviors 4.You see a lot of unfair behaviors when it comes to spread leads , if they like you then you get leads no matter if you are good in closing if they do not like then God damn you , they do not care about you !!! 5.If they have good relationship with you then you will get promoted no matter how bad you are , if they do not like you , no matter you work good there is no progress
