The company has a great culture and Mission Statement. They are well-established and have a good name in the industry. They treat their customers and employees fairly.
Cons
Some of the market conditions have created a situation in which the company's primary stakeholder, Madison Dearborn Partners, have been fishing for a way to get their return on their 7 year old investment. That has created a little bit of internal angst among some job classes.
