Be careful of reviews with little to no written feedback. - Lots of internal company politics - Constant pressure to fit in socially and drink the kool-aid - Very bad gender diversity despite constantly claiming it's a high priority - Little support if you're not one of the "rock stars" - OKR driven culture will pressure you into doing more than you signed up for, it's very difficult to line OKRs up with client work and you will end up needing to spend extra time meeting them - Your internal company manager may not be someone you actually work with day to day on client work, which makes things difficult around review time
