Pros
The only good thing about this job is that it is 100% remote and you get flexibility over how you set up your day.
Cons
Management is poor. Unfortunately as a start up, a bunch of individuals in their late 20s, early 30s who have never managed before are in managing positions and don't know how to balance upper management demands with employee satisfaction. Management will try to persuade you into thinking more work for no extra pay is exciting. If you bring up concerns, they will be dismissed and you'll be put on a PIP. Member per dietitian load is unreasonable. Cannot give quality nutrition care at their capacity and therefore customers are left paying high bucks for little dietitian attention. Then the RD is evaluated based on customer reviews. You are not set up for success. Very low pay and minimal opportunities for growth. During my time there were no raises and no extra pay for obvious overtime requests and even for promotions.
