      Pros

      Nutrien strives to create a culture where everyone feels included. The pay is decent and fair. Safety truly is taken seriously and any and all employees concerns are listened to.

      Cons

      In the present there is not too much negative to say about the company, but it took some time to get to this point.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
