Pros
- If you have good ideas, you can find a room for testing your ideas; there is enough support. - Depending on the department you are working in, when you don't need to be at the office you don't have to; you can work from home as far as you deliver your results.
Cons
- Managerial and senior leadership positions are filled with Dutch people just because they are Dutch; not because of their skills etc. So, if you are not Dutch and money is not the only thing you are after, then keep yourself away. - No feeling of being part of a family; there aren't any social activities etc. - No development or career opportunities.
