Pros
Nutiva is a great company to work for, not only does the company have a strong mission and vision around creating a better and healthier world through the products we eat, but the people that work there, truly live and breathe the same passion. Nutiva is a diverse group of individuals that puts their people first, providing the opportunity to lead and grow within the company. I am proof of that, by the many opportunities I was given over the 4 years I was with the company.
Cons
The only negative I can think of, which was not a negative in my mind, is that if you are not the type of individual that thrives in a challenging and quick paced environment then Nutiva is not the place for you. They are a leading brand providing innovation in a competitive space, and individuals looking for that type of environment will excel and grow within the company.
