I cannot think of a reason to work for this organization.
Cons
Not a place for a professional recruiter who values detail-oriented leadership. No use of applicant tracking tools, no access to most job boards, no job descriptions for most roles, very little detail or insight into what the clients are seeking. No training, no reference materials, no processes, no systems in place, and no accountability. Poor internal communication. No attention to detail from leadership who also seems unconcerned about candidate experience. Not a collaborative environment, no feedback given.
