The leadership is the worst I’ve ever seen at a company. They are solely focused on building their C Suite with as many heads as possible. The average Tenure is 8-9 months. If you make it a year without being laid off, give yourself a pat on the back. Their thought process is hmmm “Why keep a tenured rep when you can rinse and repeat before their shares in the company vest.” On top of the awful leadership, the quota given to reps is pretty much like throwing a dart at a board.
