      WFH , salary , leaves , week offs and recharge days

      Cons

      low salary, a lot of expectations without paying the employee and the management promotes anyone if they are in the good books of the manager.

      Pros

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
