Pros
Low-level management and coworkers are great. Job is interesting and opportunities for new tasks (or at least there were).
Cons
Not great growth opportunities. Don't seem to work well with employees who are neurodivergent. Outsourcing positions and firing a majority of our department in order to be able to pay less for the same work. Upper management is highly dismissive and disrespectful of concerns related to job loss and pay.
