      I made some good connections while working there

      Cons

      All of the departments are incredibly cliquey, which makes effective communication nearly impossible. Bullying is definitely tolerated here (especially within HR).

      Pros

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
