      Very laid back no stress job . Lots of remote work opportunities ( even before covid)

      Cons

      1970 (corner office) type of Management. Upper and middle management have little if no direct conversation with their department employee, creating frustration in product needs and development.

      Pros

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
