Pros

There's some really talented and nice people that work here.

Cons

There is frequent inconsistency in ideas and direction from the senior leadership team (SLT), creating a highly toxic environment with unrealistic expectations. Product Design is treated as a service rather than a valued discipline, viewed primarily as a tool for growth. The focus on dark-patterned experiments highlights this mindset. The VP of Product lacks clear vision, influence, or the ability to drive meaningful change. This has resulted in widespread exhaustion and stress across all departments. It’s no surprise that competitors are pulling ahead, as we’re often working toward arbitrary or unattainable goals. Additionally, the objectives we’re trying to address frequently shift without warning, further hindering progress.

Pros

I've really enjoyed being part of a company with a mission that genuinely matters. Helping people live healthier lives gives a strong sense of purpose, and it's motivating to work on products that can have a meaningful impact on patients. One of the things I've valued most is the calibre of people across the business. There are a lot of smart, thoughtful and committed individuals who care deeply about doing good work and improving the experience for patients. People are passionate, collaborative and willing to roll their sleeves up to solve problems together.

Cons

Like many fast-growing companies, pace of change can be feel demanding at times. I have an appreciation for emerging and fast markets, in the last 10 years working in high growth businesses, you have an appreciation as for why shifts can happen.

Pros

It's clear that middle management are trying their best, but are in a difficult situation with out of touch higher management. Coworkers are lovely and supportive.

Cons

.Poor salary, no inflation adjusted pay, and you can be paid less than your coworkers even if you do work more than them. . Toxic work environment any complaints or critiques are frowned upon by management and you are seen as not being "respectful". Management do not take on any feedback at all, nothing is ever changing to improve working life. . No bonuses and little room for growth, unless you want to take on a ridiculous amount of work as a senior health coach. . Patients are extremely rude and demanding, and you get little support with this and you're expected to "keep positive". . High staff turnover, most people don't stay here longer than a year due to the lack of progress and support. . No option to work abroad despite this being offered to colleagues. There has also been no good reason for this. . Poor communication from other teams but it seems as if the other teams are also overworked, underpaid, and unsupported.
