      Self pace during training and self pace after independent. Lot of time to learn and pace yourself with the knowledge that you need for the job. Lot of support from Snr Engineer.

      Cons

      It can be up dry and quiet after shadow, You will be alone facing customer and self help trouble-shooting for problem.
