Pros

No punch in time at office

Cons

I hope CEO gets to know how unprofessional and stupid his subordinates are. Too much micromanagement and zero support. Management can do anything they want to without any moral thoughts. No parking facility People laid off after just 3 weeks of being hired in name of PIP There's nothing CEO can do to save this sadly, it can just generate money for him nothing more. Company had the caliber to be good data company but management's arrogance won't let it become.

NucleusTeq Response

As the CEO of NucleusTeq, I feel compelled to respond directly to this review—not to silence criticism, but to address the clear inaccuracies and tone of hostility that serve no constructive purpose. Let me be absolutely clear: no employee has ever been laid off within three weeks under the excuse of a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). Our PIP process is formal, structured, and spans 1 to 3 months, with well-defined checkpoints, support systems, and documentation. We do not—and will never—use it as a pretext for arbitrary terminations. We do expect accountability and high standards from our teams, as any serious tech company should. That’s not micromanagement—it’s performance culture. And while we’re not perfect, we do offer support, mentorship, and fair processes for all employees. If there have been gaps, I want to know about them through the proper internal channels, not through anonymous and inflammatory accusations. To suggest that the company "only generates money for the CEO" is not only false—it’s insulting to the hundreds of people who work hard every day to build something meaningful here. I, and the leadership team, are fully engaged in building a company that creates opportunities, delivers innovation, and treats its people with fairness and respect. I understand that emotions can run high, especially during transitions or challenges. But this kind of personal attack and misinformation doesn't help improve anything—it only spreads bitterness. If there are real issues to discuss, my door remain open, You can reach out at ashish@nucleusteq.com We are building NucleusTeq with a long-term vision, and I remain committed to that journey—with integrity, transparency, and resilience, Ashish Baghel CEO- NucleusTeq

Pros

Great place to grow as a software engineer. The company provides opportunities to work on challenging projects with modern technologies while collaborating with talented and supportive teammates. Engineering leadership values technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning, creating an environment where developers can make a meaningful impact. The culture is collaborative and respectful, with a healthy balance between delivering results and maintaining work-life balance. I particularly appreciate the openness to new ideas, cross-functional teamwork, and the investment in employee development through mentorship and learning opportunities. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to software professionals looking for both career growth and meaningful work.

Pros

It is a software services, solutions, and products company dedicated to empowering and transforming businesses through advanced digital technologies, including big data, analytics, cloud, enterprise automation, and mobility.

Cons

The people in leadership roles are horrible. They promote employees based on who they like instead of employee competency. So, this workplace is full of terrible supervisors who fake it and take credit for the hard work done by others. I've seen great employees getting fired for no reason. It creates fear of job loss and compels good employees to leave.
