Pros
Great coworkers, excellent step into the industry, location is good, good exposure to basic clinical procedures.
Cons
Work/life balance in project management is terrible. Expected to work plenty of overtime, and receive emails and calls on weekends and after-hours despite minimal pay. Upper management are out of touch with what is happening at the participant level.
