      Pros

      The culture is true in Brasil, and the leads walk the talk. It's a strong company with a great future ahead and a good place for a long term career. Amazing place to learn about product!! and grow

      Cons

      Working at the "markets" its not working at Nubank, the culture is not the same and the bureaucracy and lack of motivating product or tech challenges is not great. Hard to grow in your career after reaching a high level, also, harder if you are not in Nubank Brasil

      Pros

      Lots of exciting bets being made, many growth opportunities, very smart people who also know how to have work life balance

      Cons

      Priorities shift a lot which can be frustrating, but that's part of the game of fintech (very fast moving)

      High level of competence of colleagues You're never the most experienced or highest skilled person in your team Constantly learning and career growing Freedom to explore new technologies Very data-oriented Very technical oriented managers Clojure shop Well-tested, well crafted, always improving code solutions

      Cons

      Executive level decisions sometimes are big-bang and not gradual Promotion strategy isn't based on performance but on the existence of an open role
