      Pros

      It's a great environment, great product and mainly people. People are very good.

      Cons

      With the current fast expansion, the bureocracy has increased a lot and, working in a squad, sometimes we forget that we're "the" company as well, not only the team. The design team is awesome, but the brand strategy, even being already great, always seemed bureocratic and not very organized to me.

      Lots of exciting bets being made, many growth opportunities, very smart people who also know how to have work life balance

      Cons

      Priorities shift a lot which can be frustrating, but that's part of the game of fintech (very fast moving)

      High level of competence of colleagues You're never the most experienced or highest skilled person in your team Constantly learning and career growing Freedom to explore new technologies Very data-oriented Very technical oriented managers Clojure shop Well-tested, well crafted, always improving code solutions

      Cons

      Executive level decisions sometimes are big-bang and not gradual Promotion strategy isn't based on performance but on the existence of an open role
