Cons
My short stint with NTS is characterized as one of the most disappointing, deflating, burnout jobs I have ever experienced in my whole working career as a medical transcriptionist of over two decades. Moreover, having been held to such ridiculously high standards with measly pay, it is definitely noteworthy not to waste one's time and energy with this corporation that does not look out for its MLSs' well-being--there is more to life than the unrelenting grind along with imminent OOW circumstances. On behalf of the transcription industry, I pity those who persevere with this corporation and its corrupt practices and spurious motives.
