Pros

- Benefits (available for PT and FT)

Cons

It's always been a downward spiral since I began working for NuVision. This place literally sucks the soul out of you. Management cares about nothing other and to cover themselves. If sales are down, everyone else is to be blamed. No coaching or advice is given for improvement. Also a lot of favortism/nepotism, in every department, not just one. If you're favored, you get the better positions and opportunities to learn. If you aren't, you're essentially kicked aside like garbage. Thru working here, I realized how incompetent NuVision is as a CU. They lack the skill, knowledge, and services to run a CU. Their policies are outdated, their technology is slow and also dated, and people don't get proper training. They don't value their employees, but they do put on a good show for publicity.

Pros

Great people to work with and a talented IT team. Okay pay and flexibility to contribute and make a difference.

Cons

Leadership shifts direction a bit which is understandable to accommodate the members but some projects are deep into research and implementation. This decrease morale to get things done and make a difference.

Pros

Benefits which youll need due to all the stress

Cons

Unrealistic Expectations and Toxic Culture This organization has become the Wells Fargo of credit unions—obsessed with aggressive sales goals that often push employees toward unethical behavior just to meet numbers. The focus on constant growth through mergers sounds impressive, but the reality is very different: there's no investment in proper staffing to support that growth. Employees are overworked, spread thin, and unsupported. Upper management is unprofessional and seems to operate more like a high school popularity contest than a leadership team. Rather than supporting staff or addressing operational issues, they double down on pressure and micromanagement. If you're looking for a healthy, ethical work environment with real support and integrity, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere
