No hyperbole, everything else.
Leadership seems hellbent to drive the company into the ground, you're a ticketbot and not an analyst, no time for training, no support, lackluster benefits, hostile work environment from the top down, HR complaints are not taken seriously or outright ignored, "company culture" on paper but zero in practice, there is a stronger focus on getting the customer to be quiet and not actually fix issues, leadership really seems to have favorites, the buck is passed at a breakneck speed, the name of the game is "blame and fire"... I could go on but you get the idea.
This all culminates into zero work/life balance, the most extreme burnout I've ever seen in any field/position, and rock bottom physical/mental/emotional health. The "guiding beliefs" of NuHarbor (help our clients win, always improve, and protect the house) are outright lies.
