Pros

It's a Job. If you are in between jobs its good to have to give you something to do while your looking.

Cons

Poor Management. They write you up for everything!!! You don't accrue vacation until after your 1st year anniversary. You do get sick time but you don't accrue much. With that being said be careful how you use it. If you get sick and don't have any sick days available and call out - it's immediate write up! Yup, they write you up for not paying you for being out sick. That's only the half of it. I don't recommend if you have kids. They don't provide any training and carry high expectations. If within 90 days you don't show out you are out! Management has no say in nothing they do for their sites. I would have to use my hands and toes to tell you how many times management said they needed to check in with corporate before they do anything. I have heard from other employees the president is too involved. Bottomline, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. There are other Janitorial companies that are way better and offer a whole more - pay, benefits, vacation, work/life balance.

Pros

The ability to contribute to contractual success and working in correlation with awesome contracting personnel. Great fringe benefits such as; vehicle, mobile phone and lap top.

Cons

Very poor corporate communication, constant micro management and minor differences with lower level managers. Corporate lacks the account of their failures or errors.

Pros

NONE. Can't think of any pros. Don't waste your time here.

Cons

They promise you the world to get you in the door and don't follow through. Most employees are family and they try to micro-manage, intimidate you and make you work at least 12 plus hours. There is no orientation nor training but expect you to perform at their expectations from day one. Only if they communicate the expectations, it would be easier. Work culture is very poor.
