Pros
Team is very available and supportive to new employees. And the best thing, is the simplest thing......the technology freaking works...The win rate is way higher than expected, especially based on what a competitor had led me to believe. Refreshing to be with a company that isn't going to ask you to "do whatever it takes to close the sale" if it isn't in the best interest of the customer or otherwise not deliverable. Option to be fully remote which is maybe expected but nice.
Cons
Somewhat lack of a true onboarding process but that is to be expected with the current growth.
