Pros

Prepare to work 80 hrs a week n get paid only for 40 hrs. You should be able to work/pretend to work with out asking any KT, it does not matter how many bugs go to production. They dont care for product quality, but if you ask any questions that management can not answer then they get upset and start humiliating you. Do not believe the 5star reviews which are given by management.

Cons

Do not join here unless you are related to someone in the company. Get to know the company politics first, then talk to anyone. Every point said in cons in other reviews are correct. Racist, prejudiced, and unreasonable management. The most arrogant & unapproachable HR As the other reviewer said I would not even want my enemy to join here. Its a hell.

Pros

They pass out capstick so you can kiss Westlakes a butt all day

Cons

I worked at Nowcom for a period of time as a sales representative, and it was one of the most concerning work environments I’ve experienced. The company conducted large layoffs that were not communicated transparently across departments. It took several months to realize that the entire marketing team and a significant portion of the development team had been let go. Later, a mandatory return-to-office policy was implemented, which led to even more departures, including mine. The role was tolerable as a remote position, but the in-office requirement made an already unpleasant job unsustainable. Management culture was another major issue. Advancement and support seemed to depend more on fitting in than performance, and those who didn’t align with leadership were sidelined. If you are an experienced or high-performing sales professional, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are far better companies that value transparency, fair compensation, and professional growth.
