Good place to work - Medical Assistant NowCare Employee Review

NowCare was a great place to work for the benefits. I had 24/7/365 access to a network of around 10 medical providers (including the owner), as well as above average flexibility with my schedule.

NowCare can be very demanding. There is some internal division that splits the workforce into 2 essentially. They also hire family/friends to fill open positions first and if that doesn't work out or the person they put in place fails miserably, only then is management allowed to follow the proper procedure and protocol to bring in new talent.

Fun place, provide great healthcare to the community.

After closing time, you can be there for a couple hours.
