      Pros

      -Relaxed Atmosphere -Gym, free lunch, good benefits -Flexible schedule allows for family.

      Cons

      -HR is the worst I have heard of or experienced. Policy made without proper research will lead to a hemorrhaging of talent from the rank and file. -Pay is under market for most positions, even worse for R&D. -Zero upward mobility opportunities, even worse in R&D.
