Pros
Good people, free lunch, workout facility
Cons
Zero upward mobility. All lower level employees are searching for new jobs as they are all miserable. The foundational workforce is crumbling and this company will fall as the typical employee only sticks around for 2-3 years. Upper management is not invested in the lower levels and are constantly laying people off or "terminating positions." Instead of replacing them to take over the workload, it all gets shoveled onto the backs of everyone else. When in a corporate meeting an employee asked "how are we supposed to do the job of 3 people?" HR evaded the question. Don't work for this company. The pay is way below market value and no matter how much they try to convince you that you should be happy because of free lunch it is not worth being so miserable that you would rather fall down the stairs and break your leg instead of having to spend another day in that place.
