      Gives you enough opportunities to progress and learn.

      Cons

      Can be demanding at times but that is based on type of study you end up with. Local manager is supporting and so is the wider team.

      Pros

      Your peers and immediate managers are great people.

      Cons

      New leadership came in this year and ruined everything that was great about this place. CRAs are nothing more than a name on a spreadsheet. Stay away for the foreseeable future.
