Pros
You get to work remotely.
Cons
Horrible leadership. Jeremy Conner is one of the owner and the guy is arrogant and thinks he knows it all. He won’t let you do your job and when things don’t turn out the way they should, he’s quick to blame you for it. He constantly goes back and forth on his own words and then acts like he doesn’t remember he said things. I would advice to always have a paper trail of all communications for this reason. He likes to be surrounded by “yes men” so if you’re a person who values your own skills and experience, you will be very frustrated here. He’s quick to get rid of people if you don’t agree with him too. While I was there, I saw a high turnover rate. No communication was ever sent out when people were fired and the only way to find out was when you would email those people just to get an auto responder saying they were no longer there.
