Fully Microsoft orientation with everything licensed. Good internal organization on the IT side. Nice building with great capabilities to organize it internally. Excellent promotion of the declared company values

Badly allocated personal spaces, old furniture, old chairs. Top management is totally separated from the employees, no connection, like in Ceausescu's last years. No interest on the strategic solving of the current problems, only immediate solution is looked for and encouraged. Company rules that are remembered only when a manager can take advantage on them

Romanian company, full payment official on the contract without PFA or other cheats, Microsoft Office orientation with full licenses

No evaluation on the work, inability to plan resources, bad attitude on most VPs
