The people at Novation are laid back and fun to work with (business casual). 5.) You get plenty of face-time with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and other managers. 6.) You get to work with approximately 20 other interns, which is great since you'll have a group to socialize with during your internship. 7.) You attend a lot of professional development meetings, such as dining etiquette, interviewing skills and resume builder. 8.) You get to create a charity event that you and the other interns will participate in during the internship. It's called Community Day! 9.) There is a high integrity factor you feel by working for Novation. Why? Because you are helping hospitals get the best market prices on contract and improve their operational performance, which ultimately helps the patients of the hospitals!
