Pros
Good company to work for; excellent benefits (as long as it's within Novant network); tuition reimbursement; salary raises and bonuses every year pending on market value & customer service ratings.
Cons
HR can be very rude in negotiating pay; the company insists that it promotes employee improvement/advancement, however management does reserve the right to hold you back from advanced opportunites; management (no matter the department) DOES NOT ALWAYS have your best interest at heart; "nursing friendly" facilities, therefore it promotes nurse laziness (I've worked as a CNA & CPhT, so I'very seen the best of both worlds); also, if you expect to get paid for your degree/ achievements, make sure it's listed in the required section of your posting job otherwise don't expect a dime more in compensation.
