Awesome experience - Business Developer Novalsys Employee Review

I have learnt more here at CampusGroups (Novalsys) than anywhere else! You get to learn from American, French, Indian or Canadian people, from different backgrounds and different expertise in their jobs. I have become much more tech-savvy thanks to the very nice tech team who takes you through the very intense product, but also through the support team since you also get to talk to clients to learn the product better! The sales team and the CEO are very transparent and open and get to share key information with the entire team. You truly feel 100% included in this exciting project. Another pro is that the company is growing so it is such a great time to get on board! Management is very easy to talk to, listen to each team member and cares about you. If you have new ideas, they are always open to listen to you and implement them. If you are curious to learn more, grow, develop new skills, in a caring environment, this is the place for you!

We are spread into different countries so you don't get to see the full team very often.

Great people, flexible work environment, creative collaboration, rapidly growing company, work from anywhere. Working at Novalsys is an exciting, fast paced adventure. The team works together to solve unique challenges and create new solutions every day. It is definitely not a lockstep culture, but instead, a place where ideas can come to life. The team is spread out geographically, so the remote environment makes it easy to assimilate rather than feeling like you're the only person not in the office. Also nice if you want to work from a different location at times! It's the best company I've worked at to date.

Don't get to see everyone you work with every day. Can be a little more difficult to form personal relationships with your colleagues if you're not proactive.
