Great for Learning, not for moving up - Anonymous employee Novak Motors Employee Review

Not a lot of opportunity to move up in position, no raises, managers could do a better job. Most were inexperienced and had no training. The higher ups will come visit from HQ and never care to learn who you are. Very disconnected.
