Pros
You learn twice as much as anywhere else. Wide range of responsibilities. Advancement options exist (but are very limited).
Cons
All employees are overworked, no back up (management choice most likely due to limited budgeting), very limited benefits. No official training, only on the job training but you are expecyed to know everything. No personal growth opportunities, like work related workshops, courses, etc.
