      Great place to work. Full off very caring people who are fun to get to know and be around, and with great accommodations for work/life balance, travel, and time-off.

      Cons

      Uneven pacing: due to the type of work, how busy you are varies by the week and even day, and isn't always predictable. This can lead to issues when planning things outside work, and requires good time management.

      Pros

      Been with Nova for almost a year and have had a better experience in the short time here than I did at the numerous years I spent with other companies. Bonus structure is very forward thinking and sort of a no-brainer for this industry. Competitive salaries, flexible PTO policy, a lot of support for assessors instead of just catering to sales people, kind people and functioning software that makes tedious parts of the job easier.

      Cons

      Yearly compensation increases have reportedly been unfair, can't speak from experience due to short tenure at this point.
