      Strong American culture. Some Directors do not have people management skills. Autocracy leadership, no benefits at all no work from home.

      Some coworkers has a common distain for our boss.

      Cons

      Planning manager is a nightmare. Stares right through you and doesn’t care about anything other than her status. Creates an environment of intimidation. Pretends to show interest and twists your words into making you look bad.
