At this point, none. There used to be an understanding that getting things across the finish line took a lot and so management used to be understanding of this. Not anymore.
Cons
You will be working 10-12h daily, no 9/80, constant calls most weekends (even if you're not on call). And HR is as useless as they come... HR is not there to support you at all. No capital investment is happening because of the company's current internal policies, and in consequence equipment is failing left and right. However, you're expected to have the plant running flawlessly.
