In response to your statement on the culture of backstabbing, I must say that, NCHA strives for a culture of openness, honesty and transparency involving all employees. And as such recognises the importance of enabling employees to safely raise concerns of malpractice, negligence, abuse, criminal activity, fraud, regulatory failures, misconduct or wrongdoing by anyone in the workforce. Where any such concerns are raised they are dealt with properly and promptly.
In a nutshell, we don't encourage back stabbing. As an organisation we are accountable for what we do and don't do and this culture of accountability is fostered in our staff as well.
