Poor leadership, poor product, lack of autonomy in the US. Sales Ops rules this company, but don't have any experience to do so.

You are correct that there is not autonomy in the US because we are a part of a global company that functions in 16 different countries including the US. predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

Cons

Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
