Notified is a company that is moving fast to grow, improving their services and technology to solidify itself a leader in the industry. No place is perfect but the pay is good, the environment is positive and the outlook is exciting. However, you need to be able to self motivate and self discipline to do the job successfully. You will get the tools to succeed but you need to implement them properly and consistently.
Cons
The company should make more of an effort to have people connect in person with events, roundtables, etc.
